Allison is a 36 year old mom of 3 kids and married to Tony Falin. She is a recreational runner who took up the sport 3 years ago when her dad had his heart attack. Being a RN, she realized that just being "fit" wasn't good enough. After logging mile after mile, she became quite frustrated with what she felt to be a lack of progress and contacted Coach Cummings. "I saw what he had done with Tony's goals and I was impressed...I figured it was worth a shot!"
She started working with Coach after a half marathon attempt in Nashville left her frustrated. Since May, Allison has shaved off 3 minutes on her 5K times, she has also picked up her bike (actually got a NEW one!) and started changing up how she trains.

Her major goals are to continue to improve, sub-4 a marathon and sub-2 a half.

The latest race effort showed some pretty impressive improvements with a half marathon in the hills of Asheville, NC. Allison was only 3 minutes off of her PR from when she ran Phoenix RNRAZ half and Nashville's CMM1/2.

In 2010 her times continue to improve, hitting the sub-2 hour half in Phoenix this year.
She is currently in training for more half marathons this fall and a December marathon in 2010.
