I was first introduced to Coach Peter Cummings as a member of Western’s 2010 Empire State Team. I was immediately impressed with his organization and attention to detail. At the end of the 2011 season I did some testing with Peter and identified a couple key areas of focus. I used the information from those tests to structure my winter and spring train-up. So far I’ve picked up a win at the Morgantown Road Race in WV and was 5th in GC at the Tour of the Dragons in Vermont. I feel that I’m progressing well and that I’ll have a great 2012 campaign.
