Custom Training Plan

As our name suggests peaking for an event does not happen by accident. You need to have a Plan if you are going to Peak, hence Plan2Peak.

A training plan is part of coaching but to learn how they differ see our Coaching Page.

 

A customized training plan, like coaching, begins with understanding your Vision. The plan also needs to take into account your goals, strengths, weakness, experience and resources. From there a blueprint, or training plan can begin to be developed. Using established power and heart rate training zones, daily workouts can be planned. These workouts are delivered to you daily via email. Each workout has specific goals aligned with your objectives, eliminating guess work for you.

Our training plans lead the athlete to their priority event in a high state of physical and mental readiness. As we discuss on our home page, athletes also need to remain healthy. We are professionals at proper dosing of exercise.

For those on a budget, training plans can be a highly successful alternative to our premium product, monthly coaching. Don't be mistaken, training plans are not coaching. They are a blueprint. If followed the success rate drastically increases. The challenge with any training plan is life and all its demands. Training plans cannot take into account all unknown variables but plans can be altered as needed. This is one of the ways coaching differs from customized training plans but not the only way. With that said, if needed, these initial blueprints can be adjusted and updated as needed.
