Writing a training plan is only part of coaching. Plan2Peak offers comprehensive, relationship-driven coaching beyond just training plans. Using advanced technology and data from power meters, GPS devices, and HRMs, coaches provide detailed, personalized plans and regular feedback. Our coaching programs are NOT training plans, they are much more.

Our Coaching Process:

  1. Define Your Vision:

    • We start by identifying your motivating vision and the goals that will help you achieve it. These goals are personal, challenging yet achievable, and well-defined. Our vast experience helps guide you through this goal-setting process.

  2. Personalized Training Plan:

    • Your goals, strengths, weaknesses, experience, and resources (time, energy, finances) are all considered in creating your annual training plan. This plan is the foundation for your weekly and daily workout schedule, tailored to fit your personal and professional responsibilities.

  3. Detailed Daily Workouts:

    • Daily emails provide workout details, including duration, intensity (in HR zones, pace zones, or Power Levels), and specific instructions (such as terrain or cadence) to maximize each workout's results. Each workout has specific goals aligned with your ultimate objectives, eliminating guesswork.

  4. Ongoing Monitoring and Feedback:

    • Every workout entry (data file and comments) is reviewed by your Plan2Peak coach. This ongoing analysis ensures that subsequent workouts are planned with your progress and experience in mind, keeping you working at the right intensities.
